Welcome to Metro Assistance

Metro Assistance is a service provided by The Copenhagen Metro to ensure all visually impaired people arriving or departing from Copenhagen Airport an easy way to the most central parts of Copenhagen using the Metro.

The members of staff performing Metro Assistance are specially trained to help people with visual impairments safely on the fully automated driverless system to ensure a pleasant journey on the Metro.

We can help you getting from Copenhagen Airport to any station on the network, advise on tickets or prices and provide extensive information on all Copenhagen Public Transport modes e.g. busses and S-trains.

The service is FREE to all visually impaired passengers.
